Terms of Service

1. The service

Photognome provides profiles, portfolios, search, messaging, casting tools, paperwork tools and a Gems-based marketplace for visual media creators.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information. Trial accounts require email verification. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Gems

Gems are non-refundable community credits. They can be bought or earned, spent or donated — but never redeemed for cash. Gems have no monetary value outside the service.

4. Content

You retain ownership of media you upload and grant Photognome the license needed to display it per the permissions you set. Adult (18+) content must be correctly flagged and is only available to age-verified members. Illegal content is prohibited and will be reported to authorities.

5. Conduct

No harassment, spam, impersonation, or circumvention of blocks. Moderators may warn, remove content, suspend or ban at their discretion.

6. Liability

Photognome facilitates connections between creators; it is not a party to agreements members make with each other. Use the built-in paperwork tools and your own judgment.
